Volunteers shape everything we do. They make JBAC into what it is.

We love, cherish and appreciate every single one of our volunteers, whether they come regularly to Dollimore & Christies, or come once per year, whether they craft at home every weekend or put scissors to paper once in a while, whether they bring books or encourage others to do so. In the UK we just couldn’t function without them.

We couldn’t do what we do without our major supporter Dollimore & Christie, because well they are the most generous, kindest and dedicated family-run business we know.

In Kenya well volunteers are JBAC. They make sure we stay true to our cause, that we do things properly and that we remain accountable. But above all they run our libraries and they teach and train the future generations of volunteers. Without them JBAC couldn’t function in Kenya.

If you would like to become a volunteer please get in touch as we are sure we have a role for you.
