Every year, we deliver thousands of books to Kenya, distributing them to schools, Rotary Clubs, orphanages, and public-interest organisations through our Small Books Donation Scheme. We also support NGOs and government institutions to build and stock their own libraries through our Large Books Donation Scheme, ensuring books reach the communities that need them most. Titles with specialist or educational content are carefully matched with organisations that will benefit most from them.
Our ongoing work in Kwale County continues to shape the development of our programmes, informing new library construction projects and strengthening community engagement initiatives that support education, literacy, and long-term social impact.

Library Starter: Small Books Donation Scheme
Our Library Starter: Small Books Donation Scheme helps schools, libraries, and community organisations across Kenya access affordable books, giving children more opportunities to read, learn, and develop literacy skills.
By providing a steady supply of books for all type of readers out there and throughout the year, the scheme supports education, language development, and a love of reading in communities nationwide.
Library Builder: Large Book Donation Scheme
Our Library Builder: Large Book Donation Scheme supports schools, libraries, NGOs, and community organisations in Kenya to establish or expand libraries through large-scale book donations that create well-stocked, accessible learning spaces.
By delivering 1,000 to 30,000 carefully selected books reflecting the requirements of our partners, the scheme helps strengthen community libraries, expand reading opportunities, and support education and literacy at scale.
Targeted Giving
Our Specialised Book and Toy Donations programme ensures that books and items are carefully matched to the right recipients across Kenya, supporting learning, wellbeing, and comfort where they are needed most.
From advanced textbooks for medical students to cuddly toys for seriously ill children in hospitals, each donation is selected to maximise impact and improve lives through education, care, and compassion.
