Why Become a Patron
Your patronage ensures the Kwale Container Library and Learning Centre continues to thrive as a vibrant hub for children and the community. Since 2015, our libraries have been transforming lives through books, learning, and play. By becoming a Patron, you directly support:
- Annual repainting and repairs of the library and playground
- Restocking the library with books, furniture, and toys
- Training volunteer librarians
- Hosting writing competitions, art sessions, sports, and fun days
- Expanding and improving library services
Impact: Your support helps children in Kwale develop literacy, confidence, and skills while creating a safe and engaging community space.

How It Works / Contribution Details
We ask Patrons to commit £5,000 over a period of three years.
This funding covers all aspects of maintaining, operating, and expanding the Kwale Container Library & Learning Centre, ensuring it remains a thriving, sustainable hub for literacy and learning.
Who Can Become a Patron
Anyone committed to supporting children’s literacy and community development can become a Patron — businesses, groups such as Rotary Clubs or Scouts, or individual philanthropists.
We are flexible and happy to work with each Patron to tailor involvement and recognition to your requirements.
