Fund a Rural Library. Transform a Community.
Why Fund a Rural Library
Thousands of children in rural Kenya have little or no access to books, safe learning spaces, or community activities. Yet these communities are full of undiscovered talent, creativity, and potential — children who, with the right resources, could grow into confident, skilled, and ambitious young leaders.
By funding a Rural Library, you provide:
- A 40ft shipping container converted into a safe, welcoming library
- 5,000 books, plus desks, chairs, toys, and stationery
- A secure and weatherproof space with 6 windows, bookshelves, and anti-rust painting
- A hub for literacy, learning, and community engagement, unlocking hidden potential in children and empowering local volunteers
These libraries become the central facility for the entire community, giving children, families, and volunteers a place to discover talent, learn, and grow.
How Your Support Makes a Difference
Join our Founder, Gold, Silver, or Seed Club and help bring books, learning, and opportunity to children in rural Kenya.
- Founder Club (£26,000): Fully fund a library — container, books, furniture, and secure conversion.
- Gold Club (£10,000–£25,999): Fund multiple key elements of a library project.
- Silver Club (£5,000–£9,999): Support books, furniture, and essential resources.
- Seed Club (£3,000–£4,999): Make a significant contribution toward materials and library setup.
Every contribution helps us create safe, long-lasting libraries, empowers volunteer librarians, and unlocks hidden talent and potential in rural communities.
All funders are celebrated on our Founder Wall, with plaques, logos, and mentions in updates and social media — a lasting mark of your commitment to children’s literacy and community development in Kenya.
