Volunteer Guidelines (No Strict Rules!)

  • Flexible and Communicative: We don’t have a strict rota or clock-in system, but please let us know if your plans change so we can stay coordinated.
  • Join Our Breaks: All volunteers are asked to participate in our compulsory break—a lighthearted pause for tea, chat, and connection.
  • Engaged Participation: If you choose to lead a session, be prepared to fully engage in all its stages, from setup to wrap-up.
